Nice hotel, great location close to the train station

Nice, safe neighborhood, nice staff. Hotel rooms are a bit run down for the rate I paid $330/night in the fall season. Cleanliness could be better, some grimy crevices.

This was in a terrific location with pubs and cafes nearby. Very close to public transportation and still having that "neighborhood" feel. The airconditioner worked well. The property was clean and the staff was very helpful with reccommendations and securing transport for us. Good stay.

6/10 Good

The rooms could benefit from some updates, particularly the bathrooms. While the unit was generally clean, there were persistent stains on the wallpaper and around the toilet, potentially mold, which gave the impression that maintenance and cleanliness could be improved. The room was also somewhat cramped, and the walls were quite thin, making it easy to hear neighboring guests. That said, I understand that smaller rooms and limited soundproofing are relatively common in Parisian hotels within this price range. On a positive note, the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation, making it a good base for exploring the city. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement. With some renovations, better attention to maintenance, and more competitive pricing, the hotel could offer a much better experience and value for money.

We booked last minute on our honeymoon. The location was wonderful. There was air conditioning and the staff was amazing. The room was as clean as they could get it but there was visible mold on the walls. The shower door opened the wrong way so it made the hole it get in smaller than normal.

Hotel location very good, the rooms are good, the staff at checkout was not really helpful to call the Taxi (we solved the issue with Uber).

Hotel was a good pick. It was very basic. Loved the window view but there is significant street noise, sirens and people talking. The room is very cozy and staff were very friendly.

The hotel is poorly renovated, and quiet duty. Towels were old, stained and we even had one towel ripped. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of dinning options nearby.

6/10 Good

Tiny but clean room. Very convenient walkable location to Paris city center / Eiffel Tower. Room rate was high comparing to other nearby similar condition hotel (such as the Alyss Cambrone). Very loud bangs whenever people shut their rooms' doors. Shower has "half" stall which does not prevent water splashing onto floor when taking shower - thus, ask for extra towels to dry the floor.

Good suite for a family, 2 separate rooms , one bathroom, entry to the room was tough with narrow stairs, no elevator to go to my room (1st floor), needed to take about 15?stairs , with luggage it was difficult. Breakfast was ordinary. Staff was good.

So to be fair in overall the Hotel in a good location and I enjoyed the view from the window and it’s in a safe place and has many restaurants around it, But I had a bad experience in the hotel like there was no coffee in the room and their breakfast was not for free while it should have to be for free because I been in other hotels that offered free coffee and breakfast And couple of times we asked for a coffee right in the front of the reception the guys told us it’s okay you can have coffee for free but there was a lady in the reception she yelled at us when we were making coffee from the coffee machine and told us that it’s not for free and we told her that the other guys told us it’s for free and one time it was late when we came back to the hotel and the hotel’s door was locked and we tried to ring the doorbell and knock on the door many times and we kept waiting for a long time and when the same lady came she opened the door and started screaming at us just because we were knocking on the door she was disrespectful and from what I know the hotels doors should be open 24/7 I don’t get it how the door was locked when we tried to enter it I think the crew of the hotel must be ashamed because we as residents of this hotel or in general hotels have the right to exit and to enter whenever we want without having a locked door Anyway that’s my experience in this hotel.

Expensive for what it is.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights in October. Rooms 204 and 403. Out of the two rooms, 403 was the larger, and in better repair than 203. The people working here are helpful and friendly, the receptionists speak good English. Close to lots of bistros, restaurants and shops. Pros About a 5 min walk to the nearest metro, and bus stop, quite easy to navigate into the tourist areas. Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Comfortable beds. Tv, safe, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and a small fridge in the room. Air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot drinks station available in reception(but no milk) Decent Wi-Fi. Cons A bit shabby and grubby for the price, £700 for two rooms for two nights. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Very small bathroom, legs hit the door when sitting on the toilet. The shower was tiny! I had to turn sideways and squeeze in! I had to get out of the shower to wash my legs and feet! Loose taps/door handles, few bulbs out here and there, dirty suspicious mark’s visible on walls and doors, broken ceiling tiles, shower door didn’t completely close, so wet bathroom floor. Average/ basic continental breakfast, in the basement room, no lift to the breakfast room, it’s down a spiral staircase with low headroom. Not a bad stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Not even on par with a travelodge.
