The room is neatly clean, with air conditioning, it's quiet and comfortable. The location is very convenient. Easy accessible from the train station Paris Gare de Lyon. That's a plus! The staff is very kind and thank you to Matthew for the kind, friendly and helpful approach to the guests. I would recommend it and staying again.

The Palym was such a cute hotel. It was clean and nice. The breakfast was great. The staff was so helpful with all our questions and calling a taxi for us. It was located in a great area. We will for sure stay again.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is great for an overnight stay. it's within a 5 min walk to the Gare de Lyon station. The room was a good size and very clan and the bed excellent. However, it's noisy. The windows are single pane, meaning there is not much to drown out the constant traffic noise coming from the street.

Highly recommend this hotel! Literally half a block from the train and metro station. Very conveniently located. Many restaurants around. Very quiet in the room even though it is located within a busy main train station and street. The breakfast is also very good. We will return to this hotel again!

Nice informal downstairs lounge area and breakfast room. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful; one , however, had a real lack of social skills--not ideal for the job of welcoming and facilitating.

6/10 Good

Security was terrible. We were told we had to leave our key when we went out. When we returned it was a different member of staff at the desk who had not seen us before but he did not do any checks of our identity- we just said our room number and he handed us the key. Anyone can walk in and ask for a key without any questions asked. Also when I asked for water I was told it had finished and they tried to charge 2,50€ for a tiny bottle of water! Convenient location and a nice bedroom, but I wouldn’t stay again because of the poor security.

We had a very pleasant one-night stay at Palym Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location near Gare de Lyon train station, which made it very convenient for traveling to other cities by train. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, kindly accommodating our early arrival and assisting with luggage storage before check-in. We also appreciated the helpful commuting recommendations provided during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and convenient for travelers. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying near Gare de Lyon!

8/10 Very good

Compact rooms but very clean and quiet. A little hallway noise but this is extremely quiet for Paris. The two twins beds pushed together with separate bedding is a little backward, especially when they start separating throughout the night but a good choice for a single night. Exceptional location to Gare du Lyon.
