We booked this at very short notice on the night of the PSG championship final when prices were high. It was really good value and exactly what we needed. Great location 20 mins from Gare du nord, and a short walk into montmartre for brunch or Pigale for the metro. It was very hot weather and there was a fan and a Juliet balcony which was helpful. Bathroom small and modest but just what we needed. There is a lift and you can buy water at reception which was excellent. It felt very safe and comfortable.

Okay stay if you're not looking for a five star hotel. Basic cleanliness and overall okay and comfortable room. We opted for breakfast for our first morning due to early schedule but unfortunately can't really recommend it if one croissant and slice of baquette with butter or jam is not enough for you. For a budget stay in good enough location (quick metro access) this is perfectly okay hotel. Beds, bathroom, and water pressure in the shower was good. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the hotel for you, since throught the night we heard noices from the neighbours, plumbing, etc. probably due to being an old building. Also no AC but a fan in the room, which was very loud and not ideal, but helped at least a little. Overall, you get what you pay for so again, if you're fine with a good enough place in a nice and easy-access area for few nights, this hotel is quite okay. Not great, but good.

If you are looking for a no frills hotel and are looking to save money because all you need is a place to rest/sleep, then this hotel can be that place. I certainly would not stay for than 2 nights though. The beds and pillows are hard and we felt it on the second night. The hotel is old and dated and the room was small with old furnishings (nightstand tabletop was detached) but it was clean and it had a large window that looked out to the front of the hotel where there is a park lined with beautiful trees and there was a street market set up on Friday. On Saturday, around the corner, there were tents set up with antic vendors. Great choices to eat in the area. It was approximately a 20 minutes walk from the Nord train station. If you are looking to shop at a Parisian pharmacy, do not do it in this area. They charge several euros more in this area.

Firstly I would stay here again. Its got a great location, conveniently located, good staff and lovely views of Eiffel Tower and Sacre Couer. With just a small bit more attention to detail the hotel stay would have improved enormously. The wardrobe and darker areas of the room were very dusty. The breakfast was wrongly described as a buffet. We are not difficult to please so I can understand how others could be disappointed with the standard. The plusses of the hotel outweigh the negatives.

Only good thing about this hotel is it's location , right next to Anver metro station, walking distance to sacre cour bassilica and proximity to several eating places, supermarkets. The folks at reception are quite nice. This is where good things end..very small room. Uncomfortable, probably broken bed. Not many power points inside room to make use of either Room fan or kettle. And yes finally it's pretty expensive, considering the size, comfort and facilities..

To the American eye the room might have been small but the Views were amazing, and the bathroom immaculate. The elevator made a huge difference getting to the higher floors with a view and the location puts you steps from Sacre Coeur and the Metro is right outside the door, opening all of Paris easily. Highly recommend.

It’s a cute little hotel with charm and a good location. We had a small balcony and a good view. It’s very close to Le Sacré-Cœur and the Metro 2 line. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the wifi in our room for the first two days of our stay, and the lift broke down after the first night. We don’t mind taking the stairs, but five flights was a bit much in the heat.

I stayed here for two nights and unfortunately never had the best of experience. The room looked okay at first, but during the night I noticed little beasties crawling around near the bed and bathroom area. It made it really hard to relax or sleep comfortably. I understand this isn’t a 5 start resort but at the same time guests should be able to relax in their room without worrying if there’s wee beasties getting into their personal belongings or crawling around the beds while wee sleep as well. The location was convenient and check-in was easy, but cleanliness really needs improvement. I wouldn’t stay again unless they fix the pest problem. The staff were very friendly!

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une vraie déception. Pour une nuit facturée 140 € (taxes comprises), je m’attendais à un établissement offrant un minimum de confort et d’entretien. Malheureusement, cela n’a pas été le cas. Les photos étaient très loin de refléter la réalité. Cet hôtel semble ne plus être entretenu depuis plusieurs années. La literie était peu confortable. La fenêtre de la chambre était cassée et ne fermait pas, ce qui a laissé entrer de nombreux moustiques et autres insectes pendant toute la nuit. Imaginez-vous dormir avec des bruits d'avions autour de vous autour de vous. La salle de bain est vieillissante et très humide, avec des gouttes d’eau tombant du plafond. Le sol n’était pas propre, ce qui renforce mon avis sur le manque d’entretien général. Le rapport qualité-prix est loin d’être à la hauteur. C’est regrettable, car ces désagréments auraient pu être évités avec un entretien plus sérieux. Je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience. Pour terminer, il serait bon que Hotels exige la mise à jour des photos annuellement afin de vérifier le bon état général des hôtels proposés sur votre plateforme. Ce n'est personnellement pas la première fois que je suis déçu entre la présentation et la réalité. J'espère que vous ferez bon usage de cet avis.

Accident en voulant fermer la porte de douche. Elle s’est brisée en 10000 morceaux alors que j’étais à l’intérieur. Heureusement mon ami était là et a pu me porter pour en sortir sans poser mes pieds sur les bouts de verres qui jonchaient la douche et le sol de la sdb. Hôtel complet donc pas de solution pour une autre chb et personne pour retirer le verre au sol dans la sdb -> c’est mon ami qui l’a fait. Le lendemain nous avons pu aller nous doucher dans une autre chambre (ménage non encore fait) et sommes partis certes avec des excuses mais sans geste commercial
