The hotel was adequate- rooms are clean, quite small. The breakfast option was great and the staff helpful. But the air conditioning was very poor. The main air conditioning in the wall did not cooling at all, and the room had a small floor fan unit that could not bring the room temperature down very much. With 90+ degree weather it made for quite uncomfortable sleeping.

This is an excellent option if you are in a long stay, 5+ days, pricing is great whan it comes to several factors such as distance to main attractions, Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and La pedrera, walking distnce 15-20 minutes, and there are at lease 2 subway stations within a couple of blocks and a tram stop few steps away, tons of taxis and convenience stores, breakfast options, within reach, the breakfast buffet is simple, but if you look at the low cost, is a great option at the early hours

The hotel overall was very good though very bare minimum , I found out that they don’t use A/C till summer like June , we had to open window to get fresh air, our rooms were pretty big for European standards but the windows were facing the street and the main road is very busy and loud ! The housekeeping service very good !Breakfast was good ,delicious coffee , enough choices very convenient, there is not a lot of places to eat on the block but little farther out yes , close metro stations to get everywhere, very helpful desk , spacious lobby with chairs to hang out .

Room was clean, staff were pleasant, not far from Sagrada Família. Sadly aircon wasn’t working, and although we were offered the minibar for free, it meant a very hot and unpleasant night sleep. Pre-book-in meant I was charged city tax for my 14yo; was assured this would be refunded on checking-out but this wasn’t done.
