The apartment was spotless. It was beautifully appointed. The apartment is centrally located and easily walkable to restaurants, cafes, and historical sights. While the Hotels.com portion was not very effective, the local hosts were outstanding. I spoke with 2 different folks and both were helpful, friendly, and responsive.

A Cada Guardião é um casarão antigo adaptado a alojamentos. O apto que fiquei era extremamente amplo, arejado, bem iluminado e era literalmente no rio Tâmega. A entrada é a menos de 4 metros da ponte de Trajano e dá para visitar todo o centro histórico a pé. A junção perfeita entre conforto, praticidade e localização.

Todo estupendo, repetiremos seguro. Ubicación inmejorable, apartamento amplio, luminoso, cocina completa, lavadora, lavavajillas... Cama extragrande y cómoda. Dos detalles, falta de papel higiénico (solo había medio rollo) y estaría bien tener secador de pelo

Correu bem, deixo apenas dois apontamento relativamente ao sofá da sala, não é muito confortável e quanto ao aquecimento, o apartamento era muito amplo e o aquecimento demorou muito tempo até aquecer minimamente a sala e o quarto ( a janela deixa entrar o ar frio). Uma nota final, o apartamento dizia vista rio, e efetivamente eu tinha vista de um bocadinho de rio, e não frente rio como tinha solicitado (este foi o ponto que mais me desiludiu).
