This was a Gatsby-like oasis in Montmartre. Very elegant and classy, safe, extremely clean and excellent service. All of the front staff spoke English and were helpful in every way. They also serve a great breakfast with a variety of breads, meats, cheese, fruit, yogurt, juices, eggs, potatoes and coffee made to order. Great air conditioning and beautiful views. Also great elevator (important to me as I’ve stayed places in Europe where we needed to haul large luggage up flights of stairs). The property is only a 10-15 min walk to Place du Tertre (Les artistes) and Sacre-Coeur. It’s a 5 minute walk to Moulin Rouge which means there are some sketchy businesses in the area, but I never once felt unsafe walking around the area which I did as a solo traveler. Highly recommend this hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel and rooms were great… the location is ‘interesting’, but still lots nearby. The amenities were the only concern… there is a ‘spa’ in the basement, but 80 Euros for an hour is very steep… they should give an hour complimentary as part of the room when multiple days are booked. The room does not have coffee facilities, you need to go to the lobby to use a communal Nespresso machine. There is also no fridge in the room, so having a cold drink in the room is not possible. Local public transport is close by, making it simple to get around.

Everything is great about this hotel, expect only for the location (close to the metro station, that's nice, but also close to some adult shops).
