The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I booked a single room on a business trip and the room and bed were ok, clean and for Paris not too small. The room was looking into a small, dark court, viewing the wall. I never understand why such rooms exist and I’d be terribly disappointed if this would be the room for my holiday.
