The room we had was like new, and very clean with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was perfect for our short stay. The hotel is slowly being renovated and what we saw we liked and would stay again. The two staff we met were very polite and very easy to talk to.

Not having a lift is probably the main disadvantage, but staff helpfully gave us a room at reception level and, despite facing the street, it was pretty quiet. Good selection of nearby restaurants and sandwich shops open late. This was our second stay here and would definitely return, as the location is very convenient, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff extremely accommodating.

The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to the South Kennsington tube station. At the end of our stay we were able to take the tube directly to Heathrow. The room was small but clean. Staff was helpful with our luggage and were able to give us a room on one of the lower floors, very nice during the London heat wave.

Excellent location, hotel itself not in the best state of repair and renovations are being made. Bathroom had clearly been recently updated and was fresh and clean. Elsewhere less so, needs the work completed that they have obviously started. Served the purpose of somewhere to sleep, we didn’t spend any extended period there otherwise.

Great Location for the Royal Albert Hall , Tube very close . Some areas were a bit tired looking but having work done so that was understandable . Room was Clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay . Bed was very comfortable far better than the Premier Inn i stayed at Last Year . Staff were Friendly and Helpfull and i would use again for its Location .

Location is good the bedding is clean staff was ok until I realised there weren't enough beds in the room, I booked for 4 people and got enough beds for 3, it clearly states on there site all guests are charged as adults so would expect enough beds for the right amount of people, then the room is stifling (can't change the weather I know) but one small fan for a family room of 4 (I paid extra £90 for a extra bed) is a joke when asked for a extra one it was a point blank no! For more £150 a night you would expect better! I would not stay again or recommend
