Friendly and accomodating proprietress and staff responded to our needs (by adjusting a.c. system, for example). Nothing gancy, but nice room, good breakfast, helpful service. We would stay here again.

Great place quiet and calm and 6 minute walk to Metro. Friendly staff and nice. Night shift Joshua was supportive. Front Desk Maria was awesome and great. She helped and explained local shopping areas locations, negotiated for Taxi price to Airport and gave lot of info , Thanks to her.

Excellent staff was very friendly and even arranged and reserved my taxi back to the airport. Breakfast offerings better than other hotel breakfast offerings I’ve had in Italy. The air conditioning was not very strong and housekeeping turned it off every time they came to clean the room.

Friendly and convenient. Not a fancy hotel, but it is not meant to be. It is a place to stay at a decent price with welcoming attentive front desk staff and allows one to enjoy all Milan has to offer

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel, wonderful staff, good breakfast, and easy accessible location to the Metro. The air conditioning was nothing to brag about. The a/c unit was under the desk with a small rectangle cut out to let the air through. The room was stuffy. We had to sleep on top of the sheets because it was so warm. And being that it was the end of June during a heatwave did not help the situation. Other than the a/c in the summer, a wonderful hotel.

Instalações simples mas atendeu minhas necessidades. Bom café da manhã, localização excelente próximo a supermercado grande, farmácias, metrô, bondinho. Pelo preço q paguei q não foi barato poderia ser melhor as instalações mas nada a reclamar.
