Very basic hotel at decent, for Venice, price. Rooms was very dated and basic with small bathrooms that really needed a good refurb. Good location 5 mins from water bus and some nice restaurant near by. Beach area is nothing great and a 15 mins walk to the Public area. Breakfast basic affair but nice coffe. Staff where lovely in all areas of the hotel .

Stayed in a family room, large double bed, 2 single beds. All fine. Basic but very functional. Location perfect, we loved staying in Lido and this is a short walk from the dock yet set among lovely bars and restaurants. The breakfast was limited but had all we really needed. Overall we would be happy to use this hotel again.

Property was in need of refurbishment, very dated. Rooms were clean with fresh towels everyday, beds were very comfy. We arrived after the normal check in times but were able to arrange this prior to our arrival and had no problems. Air Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice and only one toaster to serve everybody. Bread had been out for a while and had gone hard and the chopped pieces of apples were brown from sitting around. Perfect location and can’t fault the staff, I would come back again!

It was a nice experience. Closer to the lidi beaches, the stay was excellent. Transportation (port) was close by. Breakfast was a let down with not much variety and the same fixed menu. But then again you are not in Venice for breakfast!!! Ill definitely recommends this place.
