Everything was great! Front desk staff gave helpful suggestions and a map. He also gave a recommendation for a Firenze leather store called Adriano. We stayed one night, and it was perfect! Thank you!

8/10 Very good

I booked the hotel an hour before check-in, and the staff were very accommodating when I arrived. The room was larger than the pictures made out, so there was plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was limited, but did the job. I enjoyed how they made coffee for you fresh and provided a separate steamed milk jug so you could make your own coffee/milk ratio. A slightly odd thing was that you have to keep your key at reception at all times, and they close the reception at 1am. This might be inconvenient for some people.

Super convenient location close to the train station and within walking distance of the major attraction. The staff (particularly the gentleman that seems to be the manager) were very nice and helpful. No frills, very clean, and excellent location. Exactly what I needed for a short solo trip from Rome, so I wouldn't miss visiting Florence during a short visit to Italy,

Very friendly and delicious breakfast

This is a classic Italian family run hotel. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location is very convenient and in walking distance to the train station, airport tram, and many of the sights in Florence. The elevator was an added and appreciated bonus.

Hotel Beatrice is a nice place, located in an old building in the center of the city. Well located, very close to the train station and the main historic sites of the city. The room was clean, the bathroom was of a good size (not big, but not too small). Good breakfast, and the staff is very friendly.

Well located to explore the city. Great hospitality, nice people. Low priced but sufficient breakfast. The windows to the street seem to be old, so there was almost no isolation from noise, but after midnight the city gets quiet and you'll get used to it I really liked my stay and would come again
