This is a classic Italian family run hotel. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location is very convenient and in walking distance to the train station, airport tram, and many of the sights in Florence. The elevator was an added and appreciated bonus.

The owner is always present (it’s his family hotel for 70 years) and incredibly knowledgeable about Florence. He greets you at the elevator at any hour. Charming Hotel in Florence

What a charming hotel! Very close to the train station, and easy walking distance to all things in Florence. The owner was so friendly and helpful, giving us a map when we checked in to show us places to see that would be free on Sunday. Breakfast was lovely, and the coffee was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Beatrice.

Enjoyed our stay

Location was perfect, being near the main station and also close to the sites. Although the interior was a little dated in appearance, it was clean and comfortable. The water was always hot for when you want a shower and standard toiletries were always replenished so you don’t run out. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Constantine who gave us invaluable advice and suggestions on what to do and where to go. I would definitely use this hotel again.
