If you want somewhere quiet and secluded, this is the place. Not much in local restaurants or bars. So lots of home cooking on a small kitchenette. Steep hills to walk. Views are great and the beach is small but safe, as is the main pool though much smaller than the photos. Helpful staff, special thanks to Angela and Juan and the lovely cleaner whose name I never asked.

The stay within the hotel is amazing. The room, the cleanliness was outstanding. It’s probably the best place we have ever stayed. However, there is only a small beach and 2 restaurants within walking distance. You have to get on the tram which is 8 minutes walk away to get to other locations. We would stay here again but we would definitely rent a car next time.

Our bedroom was beautiful, spacious and clean, we paid a lot extra for a sea view and we had a large balcony, although the sea was only visible if you stood up! I emailed the property in advance of our arrival to ask if the room had bath robe and slippers, I was told that our room did have them so did not pack my own! On arrival I was informed that our room category did not include gown and slippers but as a gesture of goodwill they would provide a gown but no slippers!! When our elderly friends arrived at 18.30 the reception was unattended so they had to wait to check in for over 20 minutes following a long hot flight from UK. There is now a small bar on level 5/6 although it lacks atmosphere is a useful addition to the apartments. Our overall stay was extremely comfortable and I’m sure we will return.

Great base for exploring the area & super beach

Beautiful apartment and super helpful reception staff. Parking and breakfast cost extra, it would be better to just include them in the overall rate as it´s annoying to have to pay more. Most people staying here would need a car as it´s far from amenities and everyone eats breakfast.

The hotel is amazing! Beautiful aesthetics and the room is beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking and our room was clean every day. The gym was good and we used it daily. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived with a bottle of champagne, rose and card for Valentine's Day. Thank you! I highly recommend the Cala Lanuza suite. You do need to either have a car or be happy to take the tram, which runs every 30 mins.

Fresh, fantastic, friendly!

We really recommend this place. Mostly adults, without children, that prefere peace & quiet. And who don't seek a lot of things to see or do. We totally enjoyed the weekend. Tasteful breakfast and very nice restaurant next to the hotel. Taxi works fine.

素敵な広いお部屋で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。ビーチまでも歩いてすぐです。ビーチ横にレストランがあるくらいであまり近くには何もないので、あらかじめフルーツや食材などを買って行くかするといいと思います。 私たちは近くの街まで車で朝食を撮りに行く日もありました。あとは、こちらで朝食もオーダーできるのでそれも良いかと思います。洗濯などの設備もしっかりしていて清潔だったので、ビーチタオルなどもしっかり洗えました。

Nous sommes allés en famille avec un enfant de 4 ans. L’hôtel est très récent et décoré avec goût dans un esprit chic méditerranéen. Les chambres sont immenses avec une cuisine équipée et un lit King size immense. La cuisine dispose de tous les équipements pour être totalement autonome. Seul bémol les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain. Les piscines ne sont pas immenses mais très peu fréquentées même en plein août. Elles ont toutes les deux vue sur la mer. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable, très professionnel et attentionné. Vraiment rien à redire. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner mais je ne pense pas que ce soit le point fort. Le parking de l’hôtel est payant. Ce n’est pas indispensable je pense mais très pratique notamment en plein journée avec un accès direct aux chambres. L’hôtel se situe à 2 min à pied de deux plages très belles et agréables. Un voiture me semble indispensable car il n’y a rien ou quasi rien dans le petit village où se situe l’hôtel même si il y a le tram qui va de benidorm à alicante à 5 min de l’hôtel. En résumé cet hôtel est juste PARFAIT pour un voyage en famille au calme. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
