10/10 Exceptional

Well if you want to be treated royally, look out your window to the mountains and trees, this is it. Spend a little extra but will be worth it! Had terrible beginning of our journey and this hotel made EVERYTHING better. Cozy lobby fireplace, friendliest staff..cannot say enough good things about! Pets not only welcomed, they are loved with special goody bag! Last road trip for my beloved 15 year old dog…staff sensitive!

6/10 Good

Check in and out very easy. The lady that works nights and the lady who does the the food were very pleasant. We had a dog friendly room and it had an odor. Carpets need to be cleaned maybe that would help.
