8/10 Very good

Breakfast was generous and staff very friendly. Front desk helpful with bags, maps and directions. Carpeting a little worse for wear. Very quiet except when anyone in an adjoining room (or overhead) used the toilet or shower. It sounded like there was water running in MY room. Very spooky

Very good hotel, quiet, clean, 5 minutes walk from downtown and the castle. 10 minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient. Easy to find on the main avenue Cavour. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

The staff here are lovely. Very helpful. The decor is slightly tired but tha facilities are fine. It is walking distance from the centre and the station.

Nice hotel. Staffed front desk. Fluent English. Breakfast is included. I picked it because it is close to the train station. It is about 20-25 minutes walk to the cathedral. Not a lot of dining options.

4/10 Fair

My stay wasn’t the best as one can expect, to start with I was given a room without view. The cleanness of the room was fair by Italian standards. A night staff member was horrible as he racially profiled me. The rest of the staffs were great, as what you expect in a hotel of such standards. The breakfast was very basic and nothing to write. The business friendliness is great as they have few amenities and location of the hotel great.

Did not have a working AC like was advertised on Hotels.com. I would never have stayed there if I had known. It was a miserable stay

2/10 Poor

Terrible staff and living on a construction site

Unfriendly, disrespectful and inattentive staff. No mention of the whole hotel undergoing renovations which caused noise and overall discomfort. You practically had to walk through a construction site to get to your room. We definitely was met with a feeling of contempt because of our young age, despite having paid the same as everyone else for the stay. Would never return…

Tusen takk for denne gang - I'll be back - Torno - ciao 16-22 juli 2026 - Ingar

Buona la colazione a buffet. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Colazione buona e varia, classica continentale. Posizione a due passi dal centro storico
