Esta muy a gusto tanto las instalaciones, Cuartos , piscina y el acceso a la playa. Solo que nos tocó cuando estaban remodelando o construyendo una parte del hotel asi que habia ruido y algunas areas estaban canceladas y sucias.

No es Spa, está ubicado dentro de un coto donde hay casas y en esas hay ruido hasta altas horas de la noche, la habitación, es demaciado sencilla el baño no es funcional debes dejar cosas en el piso, la entrada al lugar de la carretera está en pesimas condiciones, hace que peguen los coches. La atención de el personal deja mucho que desear no brindan soluciones.

El agua caliente duraba mucho en salir o de plano no salía, el balcón que tenía era un charco por el agua del aire acondicionado, el jacuzzi en área de alberca nos dijeron que no servía y lo vimos funcionar un día antes (desconozco si se descompuso ese día antes) al dejar la habitación tardamos mucho en encontrar a alguien q nos recibieras las llaves y el control remoto...

Estancia decente, buena atención, muchos insectos.

Es un hotel relativamente nuevo, con una ampliación en proceso, por lo que se ven varillas y partes en obra. Los cuartos son cómodos, de tamaño normal, con TV, aire acondicionado, y baño con agua caliente y presión media. El principal problema sería la cantidad de insectos que se acumulan en los pasillos y afuera de las puertas y ventanas de las habitaciones, mismos que a veces logran entrar. Además, pudiesen mejorar la limpieza de los colchones, no solo el cambio de sábanas, pues hallamos mosquitos muertos y algunas mijagas de pan o galletas. El dueño y el chico de la recepción muy atentos y eficientes para resolver.

Le faltan comodidades, en construcción.

La atención muy buena, a las habitaciones les falta: no hay donde colgar ropa, no tiene buró a un lado de la cama, en el baño no hay para poner ni la ropa para cambiarte ni cepillo de dientes. Y el tubo de la cortina del baño toda oxidada por lo que se mancha todo lo que cuelgas. Una cortina rota. La alberca muy bien. Sin camastros. Hotel cómodo nuevo y bien ubicado.

Es un hotel que cumple con lo necesario, muy limpio y una buena alberca. Cuenta con acceso fácil al mar. Está en proceso de construcción todavía por lo que hay zonas en obra, pero en general cumple muy bien. Solo sugiero que le agreguen a la regadera repisas para poner los artículos de baño
