Helpful Staff

I had forgotten my UK/EU adapter and a member of staff went the extra mile to loan me one from a collection of such orphan IT items she had stashed away. It made a huge positive difference to my stay. Thank you Sofie

2/10 Poor

Room was dirty when arrived. Limited support available after 10 pm. No on-site parking, very inconvenient arrangement for key pick up and no lift available from the rear entrance. All in all terrible experience

Nice Hotel

Very happy with my stay. WiFi was good I was easily able to take part in a Zoom call. As a business traveler the speed of the Wifi was a bonus.
