I have been coming to this hotel for years through all the different owners and Horace has done an exceptional job on cleaning this place up I recommend it to anyone going out of town in that area great customer service I love the bedrooms the bathrooms in their summertime the pool is always clean and it is by plenty of food places my absolute favorite place to go when I'm out there.

A quiet night away from home

Room was spacious and I loved the easy to adjust thermostat and the full size refrigerator and microwave. The single king bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was wide enough for a wheelchair!

Best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at!

The accommodations were nice: the wood floors were mostly clean; and the room was spacious. A three-quarter size fridge I microwave utensils, plates, and glasses and a sink all included.. parking in the courtyard seems secure and the room is reasonably quiet. The marble table and bar are beautiful the bathroom and shower are modern.

Vallejo Stay

Check-in staff was superb. The room was nice and quiet especially being on the street with on ramp to 101 I was pleasantly surprised. The thing that left a bad impression for me was on checkout. The woman had major negative attitude as if I was putting her out.

A pleasant surprise

A single night stay while we went to hurricane harbor. Very spacious, great amenities, and a nice setup overall. A regular sized refrigerator, plates/silverware, and large bathroom were a pleasant surprise! Even had a fold down seat in the shower! Very cool!

Upon check in, guest was told there was no hot water after he signed in and got his key. Once arriving at the room, guest observed trash (used condo wrappers) lying around the room. Should not have paid for this stay.

The room was clean, our room looked newly remodeled, appliances were clean and in good condition. The shower handle was loose, bugged me, but did not effect the operation. The area outside the property was a little loud late at night, sounded like a street show or something. We would most likely stay there again, was close enough to Sonoma Raceway for an easy drive in the morning.

This place is across the street from the freeway. The Curtains muffled the sound pretty well. Next time we will ask to be in the courtyard. There is a Jack in the Box, Caffino, Liquor store and a real grocery within a couple hundred yards.. It has a full sized refrigerator and half sink for minor food prep. If we were staying more than 1 day, we would have asked for a second chair. Front desk was very ameniable and I am sure would have gotten us one.

I BOOKED THIS HOTEL, OR MOTEL SHOULD I SAY, WITH THE IMPRESSION THAT IT WAS "VERY GOOD"!!! I ORIGINALLY COULD NOT FIND THE HOTEL BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN WITH THE ADDRESS OF ADMIRAL CALLAGHAN. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, BUT I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE OR SAFE AT ALL BECAUSE OF THE AREA THAT I WAS IN. I ALSO COULD NOT FIND THE HOTEL BECAUSE IT HAD A HUGE SIGN THAT SAID "MOTEL 6" AND WHEN HAS MOTEL 6 MOTELS BEEN IN THE VERY GOOD CATEGORY. NO RUGS, NOT EXTRA THINGS BUT A BAR OF SOAP AND WORKERS ALL AROUND ALL NIGHT!!!

Things to know…

I’m a little confused. Our booking was for Studio 6 and we paid over $100 for our one-night stay, but it was actually a Motel 6 which only charges $69 before taxes on hotels.com. If you’re staying in Vallejo and booking on hotels.com be sure to compare the addresses. It was comfortable and clean but spare and lacking niceties. The pool looked very nice and clean but we didn’t use it. The window coverings inside are plantation-style shutter louvers and they let fluorescent outdoor walkway light in all night. It literally lit up our room and made it difficult to stay asleep. The front desk gentlemen were very nice.
