The staff in the hotel are all extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The pool and outside are is small, but more than sufficient for the size of the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Capri. The hotel is very modern, well presented and in a great location. We stayed in a double room with a balcony. The room was lovely, and had a great view over the pool. Only negative was the room size it was a little small and lacked shelving/storage but other wise it was fantastic. We would 100% recommended staying here and if we come back to Sorrento we will be rebooking the Hotel Capri.

It was our 1st time to Italy and Sorrento. I cant say enough about this hotel and the staff!!! From beginning to end it was wonderful! Theresa was so helpful and accommodating, always checking in on us when she saw us!!! Breakfast was abundant lots of choices! Pool was a bonus with a little bar for drinks and snacks..I only wish we could stay longer if I had know i would have..but we will be back..we stayed for 4 days and we were sad to go..

I never write reviews, but I had to for Hotel Capri because it is fantastic. The hotel is clean, well maintained and looks newly renovated. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s also a perfect location as it was walking distance to town center, the train station, and the ferry. The best part of my families’ experience was the hotel manager, Miss Teresa. She was very attentive, responsive, and treated us like family. Every time we saw Miss Teresa, she always made sure we had what we needed and knew where to go. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento.

Beautiful and stylish hotel. Common areas were well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor pool, which is quite small, with a limited number of sunbeds, however there was never an issue getting one and they were very comfortable. Our main issue was the size of our bedroom, which was quite small. The bed filled most of the room, with limited additional space. Although, there was good hanging space (and plenty of hangers) in the wardrobe, there were no drawers and limited shelving for other clothing/items.
