At Ibis, you usually know what to expect ahead of time, but this one fell short of the standard expectations. Outdated building that feels ran-down and in need of renovations. Bathroom light didn't work and the towels they provided were so worn out, they hurt your skin when drying. AC worked and we slept comfortably. Breakfast was good and worth it.

Sou cliente da rede Ibis e gosto muito da proposta da marca. A localização, a estrutura e o fato de ser um hotel verdadeiramente pet friendly são grandes diferenciais. Destaco também o excelente acolhimento e suporte oferecido aos hóspedes que viajam com seus pets. Infelizmente, nesta unidade a conservação e a limpeza deixaram bastante a desejar. Percebi falta de higienização em praticamente todo o hotel, inclusive nas áreas comuns, que estavam empoeiradas e com aspecto de pouca manutenção. Nos quartos, a arrumação se limitava praticamente a fazer a cama, sem uma limpeza mais cuidadosa. Havia grande acúmulo de poeira embaixo da cama, travesseiros antigos, com aspecto de ácaros, além de roupas de cama e banho bastante desgastadas. Outro ponto que chamou atenção foi durante o café da manhã: o garçom limpava as mesas empurrando a sujeira para o chão com um pano, o que transmite uma imagem de falta de treinamento e orientação por parte da gestão. Por fim, o chuveiro apresentava uma oscilação constante de temperatura, alternando entre água gelada e muito quente durante o banho, tornando a experiência bastante desconfortável. Espero que a gerência utilize este feedback para investir em melhorias na limpeza, conservação, manutenção e treinamento da equipe, pois o hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito melhor.
