Clean room, clean shower and with excellent water pressure. AC working perfectly cooling room very fresh. No noise from highway. Delicious breakfast. We really enjoy our stay. Looking forward to the next time.

Average stay, as expected

At Ibis, you usually know what to expect ahead of time, but this one fell short of the standard expectations. Outdated building that feels ran-down and in need of renovations. Bathroom light didn't work and the towels they provided were so worn out, they hurt your skin when drying. AC worked and we slept comfortably. Breakfast was good and worth it.

Nice Hotel

Excellent option in Guaratinguetá and region. I had booked another date mistakenly but hotel attendees kindly transferred to the correct date without any fee. Special thanks to Paloma’s kind arrangement.

6/10 Good

Infelizmente, nesta unidade a conservação e a limpeza deixaram bastante a desejar.
