A clean room with a decent bed, excellent friendly staff and an absolut excellent location close the the Termini Central station. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and easy connections to both all-places Rome and as well as the rest of Italy. Breakfast is a bit basic but sufficient for a full stomac before venturing into the eternal city. What a wonderful magnificient place.

Wonderful place to stay while in Rome, rooms are clean and very old fashioned, yet equipment with everything you might need. All the big attractions are close by and easy to walk to or access by bus. And most importantly the staff are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend it and I will definitely stay here again whenever I came back to Rome!

Staff was very nice. The hotels AC was very poor. Everything is very old, shower was rough, bed was rough, room was small. Needs to be updated.

The good - convenient location to Rome Termini station, shops, cafes outside. The not-so-good - AC took forever to cool, staff not so friendly, dark room.

A hidden gem. I booked this hotel as it was an easy walk from Roma Termini and just as close to the Basilica St Maria Maggiore. It's situated on a side street so little traffic. There's a selection of reasonably priced restaurants and amazingly a launderette almost next to the hotel, it does service wash and dry very quickly. The staff at the hotel are welcoming and helpful. Good size room, comfortable and quiet at night. I'd certainly book this again.

We arrived in the morning after an 10 hour flight and luckily our room was ready and the man in the front was super helpful. The room were basic and old but not bad. Bed was hard but after walking 20k steps a day it didn’t matter. Breakfast was small but good, no big American pancakes or waffles but lots of good pastries, fruits, yogurt, juices, and coffee. Great location.
