This is a great hotel! Everybody at the hotel was polite, fabulous and extremely helpful! Stefano and Fabio at the front desk were incredibly polite and helpful with all my sightseeing questions. Both were scholars about Rome. Each gave me great ideas for traveling and sightseeing in Rome. Stefano bring a native and life long resident of Rome provided lots of valuable insights and information.

The room was nice but the hotel is a bit old (like the city Rome). Carpets in general areas like stairs and corridors need changing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within 15-20 minutes of walking from city center. I won't mind staying there again. This was our 2nd visit to Rome in 2 years.
