This was my second stay with the hotel. The location is great; it is within walking distance to locations such as the Spanish Steps and Piazza Barberini. The hotel is near bus stops with multiple bus routes. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great. There were 2 items that I would suggest for improvements. 1) The Wifi connection on the 4th floor, where my room was, was flaky at times. It took time to reconnect to the network. 2) The signori who did room service were frequently loud in the morning. It would be nice if they could speak in a lower voice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would stay at the hotel again.

Great location and Rosa the front desk clerk very helpful and accommodating I had made an error in booking our reservation and she got it straightened out for us so that we were not inconvenienced and she gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Desk staff very friendly. This poor review is because although I left the Do Not Disturb tag on my door and was vigilant about pulling the door shut as I stepped out for the day, upon returning, I saw my door was ajar and the do not disturb tag was tossed on the floor of my room. I never use the safes and take my documents and valuables with me. Someone with a master key obviously entered and rummaged my room. Nothing was stolen because nothing of value was left in my room.

Great location - easy walk to a lot of the popular locations. Staff was very helpful at the front desk. Hotel sits on an inclined street - be ready to walk with your luggage up and down the hill and cobblestones. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room not huge but it had A/C. Small bar in the hotel, no food. Good choice!!
