We were looking for accommodation suitable for a large family trip of 10 people for 5 nights and 6 days, and this place was perfect for us.
The L-shaped swimming pool was much bigger and better than we expected. It had both a shallow area and a pool with a comfortable depth, so it was great for everyone — from very young children to elementary school kids and adults. We enjoyed playing with beach balls, swimming, and having fun in the water, and we used the pool many times throughout our stay.
The breakfast service, prepared directly by the chefs who came to the accommodation, was also excellent. There were various menu options, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We really enjoyed it. The daily room cleaning was also done very neatly and thoroughly.
Most of all, whenever we had any questions or inconveniences, the staff responded quickly in real time through the KakaoTalk app. Our dedicated staff member, Lily, was especially kind and provided outstanding service, so we were very satisfied.
The location was also convenient enough for traveling to Da Nang city and Hoi An. Grab delivery worked well, and whenever we called a Grab or inDrive taxi, it arrived without any issues, which made transportation very convenient.
Thanks to this spacious and comfortable accommodation, we were able to have a truly perfect trip. Once again, we would like to express our sincere thanks to our dedicated staff member, Lily.
