We only stayed for one brief night, arrived late and out the next morning, but the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation, restaurant recomendations etc. The room was fine, comfortable, left nothing to be desired.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff at hotel were welcoming, informative, and added greatly to our experience: Peyman, Princess, & Patricia, to name a few. The rooftop patio was our favorite place to kick back and relax. But I can't close without mentioning the pillows. I haven't slept so well in a hotel in quite a long time. Loved our stay and we would definitely book the Santa Marta Suites again.

The staff, Princess and Paymen are fabulous. They provided wonderful recommendations on things we wouldn’t have done and we were thrilled with all of them. They were right each time.

Hotel Santa Marta is a very charming boutique hotel, housed it what was a historical pharmacy. The roof top is lovely. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and called for drivers immediately when requested. Our hotel room with a king size bed far exceeded expectations for size, and the air conditioning worked very well during the heat of the day in Milan. Breakfast was offered next door and choices worked well for us. I would recommend this hotel for its very quiet location- walkable to the Duomo, and the Reserve Starbucks .

Beautiful apartment! The staff was superb. Amazing location! The bathroom was fantastic. The bed could have been better but honestly I survived.

8/10 Very good

This is a classic old boutique European hotel. Rooms are small and bathrooms “petite”. The staff were very helpful, especially Payman who gave us full attention, great food recommendations and perfect directions. Hotel is close to many historical sites. Overall, great staff, convenient location and small dated rooms.

4/10 Fair

The room smelled of mold and mildew. Lots of signs of water damage like the wood floor curling up and bubbling on the walls. Many items with broken or in a patched up condition example the smart mirror and the toilet flush buttons. The room was otherwise spacious and could’ve been a nice place to stay if maintenance hadn’t been deferred. We were on a room on the 5th floor/top floor and are unsure if our experience is representative Staff was friendly but unable to change our room due to being fully booked. We only were booked for the one night so we stayed but we would’ve changed hotels if we were there longer and couldn’t of been moved to a different room

A convenient and charming place to stay near the city center and good restaurants. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The hotel does not offer laundry service, but a young woman on the front desk found us an independent service and made the arrangements.
