First the location of this Hotel is fantastic. You are right in the middle of the City. On the other hand there are things that might concern some travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is an older property so the elevators are slow and small. The room doesn't contain ice buckets and there are no ice machines in the hotel. I had to go to the 11th floor Bar/restaurant with my room coffee pot for ice. The shower in our room was slightly smaller than the size of phone booth with shower curtains on three sides so you have to be extremely careful not to make a mess. If you don't mind this kind of old style amenities it is a nice hotel. If you prefer more modern hotels this is not for you.

Hotel was nice and good location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bed was extra firm and bothered my back. No lunch options as far as I know. Rooftop bar didn’t open until 4 or 5. No other option to have a drink. Beautiful view but atmosphere was a bit “high class” for my liking.

The hotel was great, clean and excellent customer service. There was always someone on the desk when we went in and out. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast was lovely. The rooftop bar had a really nice atmosphere and stunning views. The location was right by the main shops, restaurants and Duomo Cathedral, but at the same time just tucked around the corner so it wasn’t too busy outside the hotel. Would definitely return and recommend.

Very close to Duomo and the shopping center as well as lots of dining options. It does get loud though until about 10pm at night. Wasn’t a problem for us as we were awake any how. The only issue was that the shower was incredibly small even though the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was wonderful and there was even a rooftop bar/restaurant with duomo views. Would definitely stay here again.
