Excellent location in a quiet area vet close to shopping, night life, food, and art. The staff is frisky and helpful. The bed was a rock and you can hear your neighbors who aren't even being loud; there's just no sound reduction. So while there is not much street noise, you may still struggle to sleep. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is easily accessible by all kinds of transportation, including the subway, buses, and trams. It is also within walking distance of most attractions. The staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned every day. The only downside was that the room was quite small and suitable only for two people. Since there were three of us, it felt a bit cramped. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.
