The stay was amazing. The staff was kind and professional. The rooms were clean overall I’ll give you 100%.

The room was clean, b ut the sheer curtains were torn, the mattress was lumpy and needs replacing and the commode ran off and on all night. The breakfast was equal to most most breakfast included services. Parking excellent. .

The bathroom had not been remodeled. But the bedroom area had. Plus, the paint they used during the remodel has already started to come off the doors and walls. The sheets were clean, the staff was nice. The breakfast area above the waffle makers could use a deep clean. You could see dust on the wall and light fixtures. Again these are minor things overall. Was an ok stay. Didn't visit the pool. Parking had plenty of light for security.

My stay wasn't great. The breakfast cooked items: sausage and eggs, were cold. Hardly got any sleep the second night due to neighbors partying until 2am. The night attendant at the desk finally shut things down so we got some sleep before traveling home. We will not stay here the next time in town.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it has definitely gone down hill. Definitely needs renovated. The doors and drawers on the furniture didn’t close properly, the bathtub was stained, the carpet is worn. All in all it just looks old and dingy. The staff was friendly and it is in a great location for a pit stop on our way south.

The hotel was good. The rooms are a bit worn but clean. The indoor pool room was very hot but we loved that the water was still very cool for swimming. Continental breakfast was great with many options.

Enjoyed my stay. The front desk clerk that was there during the day - i am sorry I never got her name- she was the best! She made me feel like I was at home. This is the second time I have stayed here and will not be my last. The only downside was that there was no Wi-Fi while I was there and it made it impossible for me to work. I would recommend this location to friends and family. It is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shopping is a short ride down the road. Had a chance to eat a few local restaurants and they were great!

The place is older and run down. ty. We were traveling with our dog , the room they gave us smelled awful. breakfast was not good , small selection , I would never recommend this hotel. The bright spot was the desk employee was so nice and friendly to bad the hotel wasn’t better.

Bed was amazing, breakfast was very good. During check in the staff was able to get us into a handicapped room after all which was super helpful.

Let me just start off by saying that we had positive interactions with the staff members. However, the property is VERY dated and old and honestly, the entire hotel could use a complete overhaul. The location is very good. There ended up being a serious water leak in the bathroom (we hadn't even used the shower yet) which made it inoperable and super inconvenient as it as after 11pm. There were 2 phones in our room but neither phone worked so I used my cell to call the front desk to inform them of the bathroom and that we needed a new room. The maintenance person came by to inspect and told us they could move us into another room on the same floor. New room was still dated but better than the original room. Even aside from the bathroom leak, and I've stayed at other Country Inn and Suites before, I will not be staying at this particular hotel again if I visit Wilson. Best to just spend more money for one of the other local hotels to have a decent stay.

The inn is very pet friendly. There was an expansive lawn surrounding the property and guests had been good about cleaning up after their pets.

This property could use an upgrade. Staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is traditional motel/hotel breakfast.
