Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Free washer and dryer was a bonus. Kitchenette was perfect. I only gave it 4 stars due to the recliner broken when we arrived. We reported it and they assured us it would be replaced and never was. Also report side door was broken and not locked which never was fixed during our 6 day stay.

Unfortunately our room had ants... The staff was great and authorized a refund through Expedia/Travelocity. The concern was, I was promised an email to show the refund authorization, however, I never received from Candlewood. I received late the next day from Expedia/Travelocity. I had to call Candlewood 3 times before I received. The matter has been resolved now. So all is well. The Front desk Staff, Tara and Jordan were very friendly. The room appeared clean and the staff were cleaning the hallways and common areas. Everyone was working hard. You just never know when ants will show up! I was disappointed no breakfast. We were only there for one night. So we hadn't brought breakfast items. I didn't pick up on that when making my reservation.

The property was nice and well maintained. It’s obvious the staff cares a lot and with it being a busy holiday weekend they still managed to make us feel welcome. Our dog was very comfortable as well! Our only complaint was our mattress was not very forgiving and left our backs hurting the next morning.
