The only bright spot was the view and the balcony of the junior suite, that part was amazing. Where to start on the hotel and the room… the faucet know fell of on first pull, the jacuzzi is scratched and the bottom is coming apart. The whole room and bathroom is glass, Greta for the view but with no blinds in the bathroom and air conditioning unit that barely supplies the tiny room the place becomes an inferno, sleeping in the morning is hard. Even with air a full blast and the blinds closed in the bedroom( yes at least this room has some) as soon as the sun is up the room goes cold to Melting in a matter of minutes. Staff also lost the key to the security box and never found it. Lots of stairs no one to help with baggage. And to top it off we got an angry look when we tracked someone down in there office to check out and pay they seemed very annoyed.. the hole place is old and not maintained, it was probably gorgeous at one point. But the view is just crazy

Very nice hotel! We booked a room with an over look and a jacuzzi tub. The water didn’t stay warm enough to fill the tub, but the room was overall very nice. The views were beautiful, the staff so nice and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful day. The room was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and kind when we checked in. I called the day. We were leaving to request to purchase a late check out. I was informed that I did not need to pay to stay an hour later with a check out at noon. Then at 11:30 the gentleman from the front desk banged on the front door yelling at us for staying too long with Other guests that wanted to check into that room. I had just gotten out of the shower and could not easily run from the room at that moment. It was quite embarrassing to be yelled at and after I explained, I called and spoke with the front desk, which I only assumed was him and was granted a late check out he said I know I know, but it’s very late. You need to leave now and it felt pretty horrible to finish our stay off that way. All in all, it was a wonderful experience with a beautiful view and right up to the end everything was perfect.

Service is perfect, nice breakfast. You will need to walk 1km to Amalfi center, but it worth. 20 minutes walking to ferry. Bus 5070 stops very close the hotel, but you need to have tickets first. Maybe the hotel could sell this tickets in future.

Hotel La Ninfa provided exceptional service and the room was very clean with amazing waterfront views. The AC worked great! The water in the shower would go cold frequently, but if you turned it off and turned it back on, it would eventually get warm again. Would recommend to stay again!

It’s about 20 minutes to Amalfi nice walk. 2 minutes bus back for 1.5 EU. The smallest room doesn’t fit a regular size adult im petite and struggled. Tiny little room we made do. But never again, if I would stay there again I’ll get the bigger room. How can they build them that way? The staff were beyond nice and helpful.

We loved our stay, this property is so convenient to find and located right next to a bus stop. The entrance is right off the road which is such a gem find instead of trying to navigate tricky directions within the city.You can either walk down the hill, call a golf cart or take a quick 5 min bus ride. We stayed in the room with a jetted tub, there is also a balcony with an incredible ocean view. We got to watch the sunrise on the balcony and sleep listening to the waves crashing. It was an amazing experience. Staff was friendly and catered to all of our needs.
