This was a great find. Room was basic but not undersold. The location is right next to Clapham South tube, so great travel connection. The accommodation grounds is a lovely building with small enclosed court yard. The staff were very helpful.

4/5 Stars: Unbeatable Location, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement A 3-minute walk to Clapham South tube station on a main street packed with restaurants and shops. Twin room (17) had very comfortable beds, was clean with a small bar fridge and beverage station. WiFi worked fine throughout our stay. The self check-in process was smooth, following the emailed instructions for key card collection. However, the bathroom was dirty upon arrival; the bin was overflowing, there was hair in the basin and shower, and tissue left in the toilet. Located just a few metres from the busy street, so you get a lot of road noise. Internally, the soundproofing is poor—we could clearly hear people in the hallway, the slamming of the hallway fire door, and our neighbours in the next room. Although earplugs are provided, this could pose an issue for light sleepers. The room also gets quite warm so it might not suit those who struggle with the heat. We also hardly saw or interacted with any staff during our time there. Despite the noise and cleanliness issues, the transport links and comfort mean we would consider staying again, though it is not for those seeking peace, quiet, or cool rooms.
