Breakfast was ok, but not stunning, and room service food we got was not to good standard. But would def stay here again, got given an upgrade as our room wasn’t ready when we arrived.

The PuLi was a wonderful base for our second short stay in Shanghai and the welcome experience was incredible. All of the staff were very attentive throughout the stay and were so quick to help with any queries we had. We were able to fit in a massage which was truly out of this world! The Long Bar also makes a cracking Vesper Martini - and the rooms were very comfortable!

Beautifully designed hotel in a great location. Staff is super kind and helpful. Only down side is the breakfast which is charged about $40/p and is not at the level for Asia. Great service right from the start to the finish, accommodation was clean. Home delivery food was very delicious they listened attentively to all the requests made.
