They had a lot of small nice touches, free sangria at the poolside midday, dry rack pullet cords on the balcony for drying your towels and bathies, excellent value for money for anything that wasn't included in all inclusive/half board deal, would definitely come back here for long weekend again. Staff were also really friendly and provided good service.

Hotel Neptuno, Gran Canaria

I am a regular visitor to Gran Canaria but this was my first stay at the Neptuno. Although I knew it had a good reputation I was a bit wary about potential noise from the neighbouring Yumbo Centre. It turned out to be a non-issue. I had a lovely stay. The room was simple but comfortable and very clean, the public areas are attractive and the facilities good, including a gym and wellness area. Staying on a half board basis I found the selection at dinner pretty good, augmented by the nightly selections fresh from the grill. The staff were utterly delightful. I will happily stay there again.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. From the frontdesk to the restaurant and pool, very lovely warm people. The rooms are outdated and there arenโ€™t any amenities in the bathrooms, you only get towels. When staying here make sure you book a room with pool view or you will be looking at other building sides.
