Property located in good and safe area. Very convenience as it’s only 5 min walk to BTS chidlom and Mercury ville where you can find coffee shop and food place. In the same building of hotel has restaurant and salon. Quiet during the night time which is good for me. Staff were nice and helpful. Room: there is kitchen and washing machine in the room I stayed but not sure if there is washing machine in every room. There is paid laundry room on 5th floor as well

8/10 Very good

Hotel is away from the main road and a short walk to a really nice 7 eleven. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an apartment with 2 rooms which was very spacious. The washing machine was very useful and they gave complimentary snacks and noodles which was a kind touch.

The suite was spacious and clean, my only complaint was the hard bed, however my hubby loved it, so it's down to personal taste and nothing that the hotel did wrong. Lovely staff and most importantly the area the hotel is in is perfect for exploring Bangkok with ease. Would definitely stay there again (despite the hard bed!!)

Great property. Clean, modern (newly renovated room) and close to bts and shopping. Overall hotel rating would be 4 star as the it does lack on certain things vs brand name properties However, out housekeeper (nurse - i hope i spelt that right) made our stay very memorable. She was so kind, sweet and put a smile on our faces every morning. It is because of Nurse that we give 5 stars as he service and attitude made every moment memorable

Rooms were spotless. Location is great. Staff was courteous . Check in was smooth. Loved our stay. Only complaint is the TV ‘s are old the image is grainy and flickery. I am staying again on Feb 10 i hope to get a different room. All the staff is great here. Phenomenal amenities around.
