Great location, helpful staff yet the rooms are tiny that makes it hard to open your luggage or sit at the small table. My stay was in fall so didn't need the Ac or heater. Bathroom was also super small but towels and all were neat and clean.

This is a basic hotel but was fine for our stay. Bunk beds and no kettle/coffee-maker or mini-fridge. Front desk staff are friendly and the breakfast (additional cost) is good. The location turned out to be good, as it's walkable into old Colmar.

The hotel was right beside the old town where we walked everywhere easily and good restaurants and stores were around. The main problem was extreme small room which was barely enough space for one person, we’re 2 people in the room! We couldn’t move in our bed at night and tried to spend almost all the day time outside the hotel. If we open our luggage, we couldn’t pass the door! Another big problem was no cold water or ice in the hotel! It’s very inconvenient not to have access to cold water and/or fridge during the summer time for a tourist!
