We stayed here for our honeymoon and had such an amazing experience at LUX Le Morne. We loved the surprise gifts on arrival in our room and then followed by champagne and light nibbles. I especially loved that they had made a little schedule of events for us to do during our stay as well. The best part was hearing that there were free beach activities, we enjoyed doing the glass bottom boat tour, stand up padel boarding and snorkelling for free during our stay. We got breakfast only and loved the selection available every morning, I always looked forward to coconut water in the morning and the chia pudding! On our last day I loved that there was a bag for wet items left on our bed it was such a thoughtful touch as we had a late flight. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aniket at the Bar who would make us the most delicious personalised drinks and gave us a cocktail making class! Also Joshua at reception too for being so welcoming. There are many more staff I have to commend for their hospitality, especially Jason as well who gave us our parting gifts as we left for the airport.

Excellent hotel in a stunning location We had a wonderful stay at Lux Le Morne Mauritius. The hotel is excellent, spotlessly clean, and set on a truly beautiful beach with breathtaking views. One of the highlights of our trip was swimming with wild dolphins — absolutely well worth doing and an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend spending the extra for an ocean view room; waking up to that view really added something special to our stay. The restaurant was very good overall, although a few more themed evenings would be welcome, especially for guests staying for two weeks or longer. The staff were amazing, particularly in the restaurant. They shared great tips about the island, made us laugh, and even brought us bowls of fresh lychees at breakfast — such a lovely touch. A special thank you to Cindy and Viswanee for making our stay even more memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location at one of the most beautiful beaches we have witnessed during our vacation in Mauritius. The hotel complex is very pretty and well designed (pools, bars, ...). Despite the 5* rating of the hotel the rooms are rather outdated and could more well maintained (e.g., light switches, doors, old A/C, ..). The effort/extras the hotel provided during our honeymoon were amazing and stood out from other hotels.

Perfect place, in anyway. The view to le morne moutain, the ocean - the most spectacular sunsets on the beach every night! You have to come during “winter” perfect 26 degrees Celsius, no clouds and just paradise! The staff, service, everything - amazing. Remember to get all inclusive, it’s worth it!

Beautiful room and location. Lovely spa experience. Enjoyed the different flavoured water options on the beach. I didn’t enjoy the food I thought it was very average and not fresh. The staff were nice. I would say this hotel is 3-4 stars definitely not 5 star experience.
