O hotel é maravilhoso, o único problema é a acústica. Tive uma experiência ruim, em ser acordada as 5hs da manhã com pessoas sapateando no andar de cima, conversas altas, barulho de malas. Como o hotel não tem carpete, estes barulhos duplicam. Mas é somente isso. Se tiver que voltar a cidade, me hospedo novamente, pq os pontos positivos, são mto melhores do que os negativos.

Sempre que vamos a Santa Maria, ficamos no Appel. É sempre excelente em todos aspectos, desde o atendimento no balcão, aposentos, café da manhã, etc. Estacionamento muito bom. Um lugar lindo e prazeiroso. No domingo pela manhã, tomamos café ouvindo um pianista tocando lindas músicas. A arte está em cada cantinho. Amamos.
