Nice little hotel. They've had some recent renovations. Very clean and very quiet. A real good value. Only 2 minutes from downtown Brunswick. I go home once a year to visit and plan on staying here in the future.

This is a very old roadside motel, the doors still have a key. My guess was built in the 1960's This is a no frills motel, with a very limited, mediocre continental breakfast included. The room was clean. In my opinion not worth the $300+ that we paid for a 2 night stay. Motels like this are usually under $50 a night, sometimes less.

We were a bit concerned when we drove up because the exterior looks a bit dated. We requested to see our rooms and the management complied completely. Once looking at the rooms, they looked clean and had amenities and good air conditioning. Parking is right outside the door and is free. We feel like this was a clean, modest and comfortable room. Nothing fancy. They also offered a modest continental breakfast with coffee and juice.

This is an ok place to stay if you don't want to pay more. Built in 1955 it hasn't changed much I would say. It's old school interior, bathroom, etc. which makes keeping the surfaces looking clean and fresh impossible. Bathroom corners show age. Sound proofing between the rooms is old school (not so good if you turn off the AC fan). The "breakfast" is composed of packaged products, nothing locally made/fresh, and the coffee was warm from the dispenser, but the microwave nearby fixed that. Not more than 3 stars, though the service was good from the front desk.

We always stay at the Relax Inn when visiting Maine as it is reasonable and clean and located close to the towns and beaches we like.its not fancy it's a basic motel with a friendly family that owns it and it has good wifi.
