HORRIBLE !! A fuire absolument !!

THEY DO NOT HONOR HOTELS.COM RESERVATIONS

They did not honor my hotels.com reservation. They said that they don't take any reservation from hotels.com, even though I showed them the confirmation email I had received from hotels.com, which included my payment. Therefore, I paid for a room that I could not use. Hotels.com did not issue any refund for that.

Wonderful stay - good value

Booked a single room but think was upgraded to a junior suite that comes with a suana in the bathroom, my first such experience. Had wonderful stay there as the hotel staff were friendly and the facilities are good. Will definitely come back again in my next trip.
