It’s available for a reason….

Torn furniture, rusty tub, ridiculously low water pressure, clogged sink, LOUD air conditioner. The front desk staff was friendly otherwise nothing positive to say- you don’t have many options on sold out weekends in South Bend, just be aware what you’re getting.

Good but a little disappointed

I was there on business but had also brought my wife since we are originally from there. We did bring 2 of our dogs and paid the additional costs for cleaning. I had spilled some water on the carpet and grabbed a towel to clean it up. I was taken back by the amount of dirt that I brought up besides the water. As I inspected it closer it appeared that the carpet probably hadn't been shampooed for a while. Rest of the stay was good , especially the staff. Would recommend that they have their carpets shampooed since that's what I believe that we are charged for.
