No parking area. You have to pay a parking meter on the surrounding streets. No windows or external view in the room. In the corridor it smells like sewage. But I liked the spaciousness of the room. The hotel is 5 min. walking to the beach and it is right on Fifth Avenue (the famous tourist corridor). I guess you get what you pay.

It’s a like a used Lamborghini

This hotel has some good designs but had seen better days. The hotel is on fifth Avenue across from the Coffee café. This is prime real estate and it’s a great place for people watching. it’s close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel is well-designed when it was built in the early 90s but management has failed to upkeep the facility. For example, there are three pools but only one works. There is missing wood on the banisters. The cable suspended shelving are broken and the wood that the shelves are made from peeling the stone basin has stains there is not enough towels and no comforter Continental breakfast was a nice touch in the view from the breakfast room is good. The noise level from the drunks in the hotel and on the street made it difficult to sleep.
