My worse experience in a 5 star hotel ever!!!!! Even fir 3 stars it was tribal. We checked in late in the evening. They offered us an upgrade. We got to the room and it was STINK FROM CIGARETTES. We moved to another room AGAIN STINK. at the end we got a regular room, the smell was better. Then we noticed that they DON'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING only CLIMATE CONTROL. the room was HOT. So hot that we didn't want to go back to the room in the evening. THE LOOBY AND THE RESTAURANT ALSO DON'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. DON'T GO THERE SUMMER TIME. ONLY at WINTER and If you are SMOKING For Breakfast we sat outside, beautiful garden. The food was excellent.

Fabulous hotel room was amazing very comfortable bed luxurious bathroom and plenty storage space couldn’t have asked for more. Staff were very friendly and efficient check in and check out were smooth and quick.
