Okay, no frills place to stay when visiting Bryce. Convenient location. Room felt dingy and underneath the bed found old dog kibble, a half chewed crayon and behind the nightstand there were a few random, discarded pharmaceuticals (assume OTC, but not sure)

Older facility. Our suite was dated and not so clean. The sheets and bathroom seemed mostly okay, but there was dirt and dust in the corners and in/on less used areas of the space. It's not terrible if you don't mind older carpets, furniture, and fixtures. The staff was nice and helpful. The included breakfast was also just okay. Fake scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles were edible. They also offered juice, coffee, and instant oatmeal. In short, it's budget friendly, not a high end experience, but an okay experience.

While the rooms did look a little dated, everything was clean, quiet and comfy. We used the on-site laundry and was some of the cheapest in our travels. The only downside was the breakfast. Long lines for the waffle maker, the eggs and sausage tasted terrible, no orange juice, english muffins were very dry and not many other options. We have been traveling on the road for 19 days, staying in a different hotel every night and this was probably the worst free breakfast we had. The rest of our stay was great and the location next to the national park was a huge plus.

We stayed in the cabins, and while they looked a bit rundown on the outside, they were wonderful inside. The restaurant on site was similar; not the newest property, but the food was wonderful. Breakfast was fairly standard with bread, options, waffles, eggs, and sausage, but it was all very much appreciated before a day at the park. We didn’t make use of the pool, but others appeared to enjoy it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Good location outside Bryce Canyon. The “resort” is a motel - clean, and beds comfortable. Looked like toilet, tub and sink were recently replaced. Poor paint job, old furniture, and door & frame to room need replaced. Free breakfast at neighboring restaurant was not good. Outdoor pool looked like it needed cleaned, but didn’t get up front view.

The hotel is more like a motel. The registration area was nice and the staff helpful. The rooms not so good, doors nubs didn’t work properly as well as shower nub. Musty odor, outside and inside have poor maintenance. Pool looked dirty. We got late to the hotel due to a tour we took and we were only staying for a night to continue our travels, thanks God, more than a night we would have left.

Everything was good except the over powering smell of cleaning products. Breakfast was great. It’s sausages, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, bread, real butter, and fresh fruits. Coffee was a little weak. Plenty of tables. It’s a convenient place to stay for visiting Bryce Canyon.
