Eh, serves a 1 night purpose close to train stayio

We booked this hotel for one night due to its close proximity to the train station- it is close, however, at least 1/2 the walk (which is actually about 15 minutes) was along a small road with no sidewalks. The surrounding area had nothing but parked cars and buildings that were either offices or apartments. You need to Uber to get to an area to eat, etc. it was however clean.

Comfortable and convenient stay

We booked this hotel because of its location very close to the Avignon TGV station. We had rented a car from enterprise and we’re able to return it at that train station. We drop the car off and strolled back to the hotel. A very quick walk from the hotel brought us to.Les Gustavo’s, a delicious restaurant in the Mercure Hotel nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the staff is welcoming and very helpful, telling us how to get to the station and where to eat dinner. Although the walk was only 5 to 10 minutes, the staff booked us a cab to drive us there since it was raining quite hard. So if you need a place near the train station, we can recommend this highly.

No Frills Stay Near the TGV station

Perfect location for our needs. We picked this hotel for the location near the TGV station because we had an early train the next morning which was only a short walk away. We planned to return our rental car the night before and walk in the morning. Everything worked out. To get to the city center, we took the train from the TGV station which was a perfect way to get to city center. We Ubered home at the end of the night, but I think taking the train back would have been easy as well. The hotel and the surrounding area are no frills. I didn't see anything of interest nearby.

Prix acceptable pour la prestation. Hôtel mal isolé de la rue, ça circule tout le temps avec des rodéos dans la rue en contre-bas. Odeur omniprésente de cigarette avec un espace fumeur en terrasse à partir du palier ! Rideaux peu occultant, Bruit omniprésent de l'aération. Petit déjeuner avec un reste de pain à 8h30 le vendredi ; et pas de pain le samedi mais seulement pain de mie, quelques viennoiseries. Toilettes fermés au rdc. Le quartier est desservi par les bus mais qui ne circulent pas beaucoup.
