A tip: specify intructions on how to find this apartment. Tell the customer on the moment they book, they need to reach out to the hostel 1st for check in, which is same owner and are in the same building on the 3rd floor. That's who I buzzed to let me in. Other than that, location is in the heart of all..PERFECT!! Thank you!!

Big studio apartment in the heart of Zagreb. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a lot of cupboards and drawers for our things. We also appreciated the air conditioning and kitchenette. The check in desk is at the Main Square Hostel which is not mentioned anywhere and would have made it a lot easier to find! Hostel staff were helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to my messages when we needed helping finding them.

Terrible receptionist at check-in. Wanted to throw us out because we sat in a chair in the reception when we were fixing our passports for her to scan. Wanted to pick a fight with me and called me rude when I didnt do anything to her, and I did apologise to her 2 times if she thought I was rude it was not my intention at all but that was not good enough for her. She told my friend in spanis that she is having a bad day for taking another persons shift, she should have been home chilling. When we were leaving she yelld at me and asked what my problem was rven tho I didnt say anything to ger at all.. I went from there crying. She ruined my ehole trip. I am never coming back again. Room was ok. Hard to find the reception.
