Been coming there for 20 years and it still feels good. But make sure to get the recently renovated rooms. Love the staff. Close to the best shengjianbao just 2 blocks on the other side of Nanjing Lu on Guangxi Lu. Worth staying there just for that.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Beijing. The location was perfect—just a short walk to many key sites. The room was spotless and in excellent condition, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Overall, we had a great experience!

The property is pretty clean but cabinets and couches were worn out over years. Staffs were friendly.

8/10 Very good

The Good: Excellent location connected to a small mall and across from a large one. The rooms were very clean, breakfast had good options, and the staff was incredibly helpful—even offering room upgrades and a portable cooler. The Bad: The AC is a major problem hotel-wide. The temperature will not drop below 24°C, making the rooms feel very hot. Hilton needs to upgrade these units.

The facility is well maintained and very convenient, high-tech. There’s even a Family Mart convenience store at ground level a little bit behind the hotel just need to walk over from hotel lobby, which is essential for travelers. And the hotel breakfast is buffet style that combine Chinese and western varieties that are all fresh ingredients, including an egg station which is a plus! All of the staffs are courteous and professional. In summary, this is a pleasant stay!

Very comfy hotel and great location

The stay was great, we had a pleasant vacation and the room is spacious and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better - walkable to the forbidden city.

6/10 Good

The hotel’s location is very convenient for sightseeing, making it an excellent choice for tourists. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. However, the lobby experience could be improved—the strong fragrance and dim lighting create a somewhat unpleasant atmosphere.

For Beijing the rooms are a bit higher priced, but the size is great. Staff also helpful and the location great.
