I will never go back to ANY Iberostar property because we took the Half-board( German- halb Pension) food variant and in this version we got breakfast and dinner. This sounds good till you learn that no drinks ( NOT even water) are allowed at dinner service. Iberostar needs to learn how to upsell an "All inclusive" to guests who have chosen the "Half-board" option.

Five star, only problem was flushing toilet but after noticing it to the reception it was solved within 30min. Kids (and we) were super happy with breakfast and dinner (only had half board), good variation of foods. Drinks and beer at low prices. Nice entertainment both during the day and the evening, best was the foam party last day. Excellent location with only a few meters to the beach and the ocean.

Great family holiday!

We had another great family holiday here which was loads of fun as always. The staff were all excellent and couldn’t have been more friendly/helpful. The daily activities were excellent with a good range for all ages. Parts of the hotel are starting to become a bit dated and maybe with other more modern hotels in the area it could use a bit of an upgrade at some point but generally was a great experience and stay again.
