8/10 Very good

This is our second time staying at the hotel. We usually stay for a week or more. The breakfast buffet was nice, but with less choice of tea this time. I like the game room and the gym too.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location close to MRT and sky train plus a short walk to major shopping facilities (both malls and street markets) and Lumphini Park (a popular park for running, walking and exercising) in the mornings. Hotel provided free snacks and drinks in the rooms and there was a free coffee machine in the foyer (although it was not always working, however the hotel provided instant coffee as well). Nice large pool and gym for guests. Helpful and attentive staff.
