We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but not as good as some of the other Hilton hotels I have stayed elsewhere. Staff is very friendly and helpful but rooms and facilities are old and aging and there are lots of noise from adjacent bathrooms. I ended up asking to change my room 3 times. A lot of time there is an unpleasant odour in rooms and corridors. Sport and pool facilities and the location is great.

I loved my stay at the DoubleTree. The hotel was new and clean and offered top level service in every area possible. The location was near the metro and in the perfect district of Beijing for all of my needs, however maybe not where a first time visitor would want to stay.
