Cozy, comfy stay near London

Nice cozy little place for a family of four or so. We were surprised by the setup of the room. Host was very nice and accommodating and was willing to make us as comfortable as could be.

Lovely stay!

Apart from a very minor issue with the shower, this was an amazing stay and we will be staying here again if we ever do come back to London at any point! Great and friendly host, an amazingly clean house, and a nice, calm area. Highly recommended!

Best place to stay.

The stay was really amazing. The rooms were clean so many choices to drink in the room. They were really understanding and good to us. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay. Amazing view as well.

This place was a beautiful surprise. Clean, safe, not far from airport and the only decent place I could find with parking included. Azad took good care of us during our time there, and was attentive to all our needs. Definitely an awesome place to stay in London

Fairly close to the Heathrow airport. Very welcoming host, goes out of their way to accomodations guests with fruits, supplies and information. Usable backyard, comfortable bed/pillows. Very clean space, large bedroom size. Very affordable. Thank you

Azad was an incredible host! Showed us all the facilities and our lovely room. It was incredibly clean and tidy. So convenient. We felt right at home and can’t recommend this property enough. Small details such at tea, coffee & kettle in the room. Will be coming back if we need a place to stay!

Getting More than what You Pay for

Fit the bill. We needed a room with parking for a morning flight at Heathrow. Azadi was very helpful with check-in. Huge TV in the room was great. Room looked a bit tired but was fine for what we needed. Somewhat hidden away location on the back streets. Parking was very handy.

Very nice location to catch flight, best service

The best service ever got in life. This is not hotel but ABNB will all amenities at free of cost that you can not find in 7 star hotel. Rooms are much bigger than many hotels I stayed. You wont find such huge half wall filled TV size in any hotel with free Netlfix and many channels. Unlimited free tea/coffee/fruits. Very beautiful garden where you can relax and have food. Very nice location to catch flight and a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

Exceeds expectations, great place & great service

Seems Renovated recently. Having stayed in many Hotels & Guest Houses, this Guest House is distinct in the sense that you are served free of cost when you pay for a room to stay. Staffs are very warm, kind. They welcome with tea/coffee/fruits. They provide everything you need in the room. Room was coean, big, bed was very comfortable. Could relax in beautiful garden. Dint expect that they will exceed our expectations. Love to stay again. Thanks to the staffs for such a great hospitality

Perfect location if you want to stay at a nice place near airport at budget price. Available 24 hours public transport and airport is just few minutes ride. As they say - they really serve humans not guests. Staff was very kind and helpful. If you need anything, just ask staff. If you are new in London, they will guide you patiently. They provide everything you need - free welcome water, unlimited tea/coffee/fruits, multiple towels. Only thing we didn’t like is we had to leave the place. Room is like big movie theatre with huge wall filled TV with free Netflix & prime Video, sport channels. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent staff, nice room, creepy surroundings

Very good service. The room was nice, except for the creepy strorege room next to it. It was only covered with a curten and had a running computer in it. Also the back garden was not as cosy as the pictures showed. It smeled of cat pee and it had a creepy alley laying from it to the front of the building that was full of stuff and rubbish. Again the service was excellent and the price was good so I would use them again only to spend the night, I would ask for a room in the main building.

Down market, tired looking uncomfortable room.

Firstly, the host was a lovely guy, he tried his best to be helpful, offered us drinks and seemed genuinely kind. However, we could not stay in the room we booked as it was just awful. It was listed as a guest house but it was more like a downmarket HMO! I don’t understand how the ratings are so high for this property. We were lead through the house (passing the kitchen, it looked as though no one had ever washed up). We were lead through the back garden to what looked like a brick shed with 2 small fanlight windows and a door. The bed bases were not secured together, the furniture was really old and it just felt very downmarket. The toilet was in the smallest room with a sliding patio door. The bathroom fan light window & bedroom fan light window were open but the blinds had to be down for privacy which meant there was absolutely no air flow at all and it was the hottest day of the year. We were given 2 fans but we could hardly breathe in the room! Neither my husband nor I felt at all comfortable, it almost cost the same as a Travelodge/Premier Inn but felt like a pokey little bedsit. I must stress how lovely the host was (not the owner of the property) and he tried to help but we just couldn’t stay so we booked elsewhere and left.

Exceeded expectations. Everything was provided in room. Number of free channels with huge smart TV. Very welcoming staff. Guest House was very clean, very beautiful garden with sitting arrangement to relax. Room was big enough, very comfortable mattress. Had very nice sleep. Will stay again

Perfect & peaceful place to stay to catch flight

Having stayed in many hotels, I say this Guest House is one of the best at budget price. Perfect & peaceful location to catch early morning flight. Spotlessly clean, beautiful en-suite room which is packed with everything we as travellers needed. Huge smart TV that fill the wall with a lot of free channels. Super fast WiFi available anywhere in the property. Our room was independent and next to the beautiful garden. Incredibly kind staff who made our stay amazing. We stayed here before and will stay again.

It exceeds all my expectations. Peaceful ambiance surrounding the Guest House. Very clean, nicely maintained. Highly secured. Room was spacious, impeccably clean with all necessary amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, Had a sound sleep. From the moment arrived, staff was extremely welcoming and attentive to all my needs. Overall excellent
