The actual unit was fairly clean on the inside but the screened in area was dirty, with torn screens. The toilet was hard to flush. The plastic chairs were cracked and unsafe to sit on. The backyard was unusable. The street had some construction going on and the noise was loud. It would be nice if it had more comfortable seating in the living area.

Overall a very nice place to stay with a short walk to a non-crowded area of the beach. The only negatives were we were not told the street in front was going to be torn up and worked on a day for the first 3 days of our stay. Kind of noisy and we had to walk among the dirt moving machines to get to the beach and we had to wait for them to move to get our truck out. Also, there is one bathroom connected to one of the bedrooms and the doors between the two kept hitting each other. Also, I had to kill a rather large cockroach in my bedroom, although, having lived in Savannah, I get it.
